Opening game of middle imperial times 2022 season.

The fourth fight in the third year of the struggle between the Sassanian empire and 3rd century Rome.

By the lunchtime adjournment Rome had the Sassanians on the ropes having destroyed four elephants in a single move.

But the Persians fought back throughout the afternoon taking a well deserved 14 points to 11 win after a five hour fight.

A three year war now with Two games a side.
