 Does anyone have a good source for medieval horde minis? Looking at the Italian Communal list with 16 horde in it...

    In that case not sure, sorry. Fireforge, are on the more "heroic" scale I believe.

    You could possibly look at the new Victrix Dark Age figures, which seem to have reasonable conversion potential, and being plastic would be cheaper.

  Try Essex for 15mm. I built a unit of peasants for an early ECW Parliamentarian army, with a couple of figures borrowed from other packs for the officer and standard bearer.
