  Allen Yaxley Vincent Cholewa they are Ostmen allies. Vikings from Norway who stayed after they invaded Ireland and married the local girls.
  Ostmen is an English term used to describe Vikings living in Ireland in the 12-14th century .
  So are deemed as a sub generals command.
