Second move for the Carthaginian forces. Only one pip for Cavalry command but they are the holding force so get the lowest pips anyway.
Five pips for CnC to expand spearmen. They are facing blade, warband and auxiliaries. But Norse have closed down the distance so may have limited moves.
Four pips for chariots. Will need to move them up in support a lot quicker.
