Wow! Michael Stonyer was at the Hutt Valley Wargaming Club yesterday and took these great pics of two superbly painted armies. Both are French Ordonnance: Philip Gates’s Royal army (viva la France!) vs Gary Lewis’s Breton rebels (je suis Breton!). The venue, the library at St Patrick’s College, Silverstream, has the perfect ambience for the game.

Gavin Pearson Yeah, the figures I painted don't quite match up. The mounted figures painted by John Conroy are superb.
