Wairarapa two-day competition starts tomorrow. This message from Andrew Brazendale:
I have done a draw for the first day, all three rounds, the first and third round will be 2 1/2 hours, the second round I have allowed 3 hours, so you can have a lunch break then.
1st round 8.45am to 11.15am
2nd round 11.15am to 2.15pm
3rd round 2.15pm to 4.45pm
I will get into the hall about 8 o'clock, hopefully the games can start about 8.45am.
Wairarapa cup is being hosted by the Featherston Fusiliers, at the Assembly of God , 22 Birdwood street, Featherston.
This is from Neil Williamson about the rule for BDMM200 ( page 44), thank you Neil.
After running RECOIL! last May there are a few things you might want to make a ruling on or make clear.
Firstly though the points cost for a brilliant general is 12 not 13 as per your email
Some people forgot the reduced cost for generals
Others were not aware of the 1ME transfer penalty not 2ME
The new max and min numbers does not apply to generals
With terrain I interpreted that although it says all other area features must be 0.5FE I still kept the limit from page 21 of 3 such features
Finally you should make a call on whether a flank march can arrive in 400p of the side edge on a 6 or whether it is halved as per deployment to 200p
