On the painting table: Early 16th Century Polish, and running repairs on Seleucids - posted by Vince Cholewa, 28 June 2019

On my painting table: Just finished all two elements of handgunners the later medieval Polish list allows (yes, that many); running repairs on some Seleucids after last weekend’s game; and assembly of the last cavalry and some more knights for early 16th Century Polish.
Mixing cultural references, you will notice two of the gunners have red tunics with white sleeves. They may have previously trained using the French “Wenger” drill and now use the Spanish “Emery” system. Results? Still to come.

Denis Grey I think I'd have pretended the livery was echoing the colours of the Polish flag, Vince.
