Successful shopping trip this afternoon to our local Mitre 10 store at Crofton Downs where the staff were helpful and pleasant and I bought stuff. So different to the total failure yesterday at their supermarket-sized competitor at Lyall Bay. It wasn’t just toy soldier stuff - also household hardware - and I got nothing on my shopping trip yesterday. In the new “normal” of COVID-19, shopping local at an NZ-owned business
