Masterton Marauders

vs Hutt Valley Wargaming Club. Neil Williamson has organised a team of four players and thrown down the gauntlet to the Hutt. He has even arranged a trophy.

25th October, at the Masterton Croquet Club, Queen Elizabeth Park. 500AP, one leisurely game from 10 o'clock to 5 o'clock. A player / army for each of the periods of the book.

  And, for further information, here is an excerpt from the official "laying of the gauntlet" to HVWC

  "The Masterton Marauders want to challenge the Hutt club to a regular DBMM tournament.

  I am envisaging a biannual tournament with the winner hosting the next tournament and having the power to set the tournament regulations.

  The Marauders will host the first tournament.

  So:

  Date is Sunday 25th October

  Venue: Masterton Croquet Club

  Time: 10 o'clock to 5 o'clock

  500ap 1 leisurely game

  A team of 4 players

  1 army from each of the 4 periods of the books. Eg. The Alan can field an army from 35ad to 1500ad so could cover periods 2,3 or 4
