A big thank you to Craig Mabon for collating the comprehensive lists of armies and enemies in the form. The Persians are:

1/41 Medes (and others)
1/60 Early Achaemenid
2/7 Later Achaemenid
2/37 Parthian
2/69 Sassanids

Enemies start with 1/6 Early Bedouin and go to 3/25 Arab Conquest
