Two games at the Wellington Warlords - from Michael Stonyer, 5 March 2023

Two games of DBMM were played at the Wellington Warlords yesterday, many thanks to Michael Stonyer for the pics and words. Mike says:

A great fight against the Parthians [Alastair Duncan] today. For once the Roman’s [Mike] attacked the cavalry army. We came within a half an element to ensure the collapse of the Parthian centre. Sadly it was not to be - the Roman army collapsed first. A near run thing.

Pontics clash with Persia [Raymond Dick vs Paul Graham]

Another huge fight. Both sides loosing 49% of their armies. After all the slaughter though, what little that remained of the Pontic army held the field.
