Venue: Blind Low Vision NZ Hall, 129 Vivian St (one way street), New Plymouth.
Rules will be DBMM V2.1 with clarifications from the DBMM V2.1 Commentary V7.1.1.
Scale 25mm-30mm.
Registrations are open from 1st January 2026. Please send your initial registration to: keithtrye@gmail.com. Keith V Trye will acknowledge with an email containing bank details.
Registration will be complete once the Registration Fee of $50.00 has been received and Army list submitted.

All players are encouraged to use a dice cup, tower or tray to minimize cocked results and dice scatter.
Weather and time of day (including night attacks) rules will be used.
Armies Books 1-4.
One group 450AP, minimum of 10 players to make it viable. May split into 2 groups if numbers allow.
Table Size Tables will be 2400 x 1500 as far as possible (most 8foot x 5 foot, some 8 foot x 6 foot). Please note these are trestle tables with no covering board.
Players must provide their own terrain and base cloths. Area features larger than 1FE are not permitted.
Game Duration Games will be of 4 hours duration with equal numbers of bounds. The player who moved first will not start a new bound after 4 hours of play.
Hours Briefing: Saturday Morning 8:30am Morning Rounds: 9:00am to 1:00pm Afternoon Rounds: 2:00pm to 6:00pm (Sat and Sunday)
Army lists must allocate all elements (including baggage) to a command. They must specify the number of element equivalents and disheartened/broken levels for each command and for the whole army.
The list must specify the climate, name, aggression factor, year, geographical region and any named Generals, Army List book and Army list number.
Army List Submission must be received by the Umpire (Keith V Trye) for checking by 20th June 2026.
Trophies will be awarded for:
1. First place
2. Second place
3.Third place.
Best Painted Army
In the event of a Tie:
First tie break will be aggregate number of Generals killed
Second Tie break will be aggregate number of baggage elements looted.
Final tie break will be opposed dice rolls, even results rerolled until a clear winner is determined
There will only be Tea and Coffee supplied at venue. The venue is about 1km to Cafe/Restaurants. So come prepared. There will be a Saturday Night Curry in Town, please let us know if attending.
Accommodation in New Plymouth: numerous Hotels, Motels etc for low to high Budget. Here are a few:
