Levin DBMM competition second round underway under lights, pretty ones, at the Levin Cosmopolitan Club. Alastair Duncan (Lydian) and Richard Foster (Polybian Roman) are first equal after one round, 25 points; Josh Barton (Theban) is third 21 points. Craig Mabon won the first round spot prize, Oops!, for the first player to lose a general. Armies march on their stomachs and lamb shank and kumara pies are delicious!
