Next steps in the Mitanni project using figures from Brent Senior-Partridge’s estate. I have stripped the crew and you can see how nice the figures are, and pretty much true 25mm. A few minor repairs needed and shields and some spears to be added.
This time, in an attempt to save time, I have not taken the chariots and cars off their bases and won’t be stripping them. These ones already have MDF bases and I have glued magnetic sheets onto them.
Yes, an eight element command, just the right size for an ambush.

Vincent CholewaI left some crew in their cars as those ones were in danger of snapping at the ankles if I tried to remove them. Ben VartokVincent Cholewa You could try soaking the whole thing in Simple Green, crew might detach? Guess it depends if acrylic or real paint on the figures... Vincent CholewaBen Vartok previously I have damaged figures and chariots when taking them apart and cleaning them up (high FAF factor, fiddly as f--k, for my short fat fingers) so I thought I would give it a go this way instead as an experiment. I also want to keep these bases - the other ones were just cardboard.
