DBMM New Zealand DBMM, De Bellis Magistrorum Militum, are wargames rules for ancient and medieval battles from 3000 BC to 1525 AD. The rules are written by Phil Barker and published by the Wargames Research Group Limited Publications. I played Richard Foster's Medieval Portuguese and Graeme Starkey's Parthian with mixed results. I used the Samanids and while losing to Richard I drew with Graeme. Both guys are great to play
