Persians for Sale
As many of you know I am replacing my old 1st Corps Persians, with new Victrix Persians, which undoubtedly means that their fighting ability will go done
Anyway my old Persians are up for sale, and before I advertise them online, I will be bringing them to Call to Arms.
If anyone is interested I'm looking for about $1100 for the lot ($4 per foot figure and $7 per mounted), either PM me or come and see me at Call to Arms.

Well, it’s a fundamental fact of the Greek city states that they saw themselves as independent from each other. Hence the term ‘city-state’. There was a concept of Greece as a country, as the Greeks saw states outside that country is being ‘Barbos’, or barbarians. However, Macedonia fell into that category too and yet they spoke Greek, so that wasn’t the criteria to avoid being called Barbos. Persians certainly were Barbos. I don’t think the Asia Minor colonies were considered Barbos if they had been set up by a Greek city state. But we digress.
