Brent's figures
Mark Pickup and I have had a second look over the "Brent collection". Lots of nice bargainings but will need new paint jobs so don't forget to stock up on Cellulose paint thinner.
A huge unpainted Tin Soldier Classical Indian collection
TIn Solider Greeks a plenty including enought pike to do a 1:1
Odds and ends such as Tin Soldier Franks and a selection of WRG books and those posh/expensive Foundry books on 19th Century warfare.
Painted armies include
Eureka and mixed Assyrians
Hinchliffe Early Persians, no plastice thankyou dirk!
Horse archer a plenty both close and loose
Sassanids
Lots of GW knights
Etruscans - Tin Soldier
Romans - Imperial minifigs
and more including boxes and boxes of odds and ends

when you say "Lots of GW knights" do you know what vintage they are? if they are the old citadel HYW (i.e. early bretonnian) range I will have them all

  • Is all you wrote about 25/28 mm or did you see a coherent set 15 mm worth mentioning? I asked Mark, he didn't. Will look myself Sunday hopefully.

  • No 15mm found. Though I have a heap of 15mm eastern Knx and lh i acquired as my share of Mikes models when we were forced to close down 30 years ago. Undercoated but most never painted or based
