The rules are written by Phil Barker and published by the Wargames Research Group Limited Publications. ValleyCon: Later Polish vs Patrician Roman - posted by Vince Cholewa, 19 January 2020
My final game at ValleyCon, Paul Graham (Patrician Roman) vs my Later Polish. This is all Paul’s fault. In 1979 I came along to the Wellington Warlords, met Paul who welcomed me and loaned to me a set of rules. The rest, is history 😊
