Summary of every army list - spreadsheet created by Neil Williamson, 19 August 2021

Wow! Neil Williamson has created this great resource summarising each and every army list into one line. Check it out - you won't be disappointed. I will create a second post with a pic of what the lists look like, as I can't both upload a file use a picture in one post.

If you spot any mistakes, then please let me know, either here or by email.
I'll update the list and ask Vince to upload it.
I've added two columns for geographical regions ready for the update.

Neil Williamson good on you. There are a couple of comments on The Ancient & Medieval Wargamer FB. Let me know if you cannot see them and I will copy them to you

Neil Williamson I think John Edmundson suggested the Medieval German list wasn’t a goer for a one line summary!

Vincent Cholewa It depends what you are looking for. I've tried to show anybody thinking of starting an army what troops and terrain you have to have. I haven't tried to show all the options.
Mediaeval German is so flexible there are no compulsory troops. You can change dates and regions to take almost whatever you like, and still within those there is very little that is compulsory.
So im not trying to summarise an army into one line. Im trying to demonstrate the must haves in each army. The compulsory trooos are also in order of what you have to have most of.

Neil Williamson medieval German is an impossible list! Maybe should have been several separate lists.

Maybe you need multiple lines for some lists. The two Hoplite Greek lists are like that as two city states can be very different. At least Corinth / Athens / Sparta would be different in LHG.
