Any success dealing with Black Tree Design this year? Asked by Daniel Wade, 26 November 2024

Has anyone had any success dealing with Black Tree Design this year? I ordered some Romans in June and have had no communication from them. I'm just trying two email addresses and the message screen on Facebook.

I won't be able to make 450 points with this Army if the reinforcements don't show up.

The figures are amazing but I waited over 6 months and totally forgot what I purchased until they turned up one day out of the blue just days before I left Canada to head back to NZ

Sean Winterbottom I used the UK site. I have dealt with them for over twenty years. My last order took ages because they seem to make the Dr Who figures in the US who lost my order somehow. They used to be really good and actually answered emails promptly. The new management is hopeless.

I ordered a platoon of Fallschirmjager for CoC at the beginning of the year. I ordered from the UK site, the owner was having health issues at the time. I kept on the updates of their site and then sent them an email when there was an update that the owner was recovering. I got a response that they would make up my order and post it. The parcel tracking showed it bouncing around Aussie. Turns out it had been misaddressed to Australia and stuck in AusPost's automated system. After sending a couple of email, I did get a response by using the contract us form on Black Trees website. My parcel arrived about five months after I ordered it.
