Anyway as it was a hot day, 4 of us decided to sweat it out in the garage with a round robin DBMM200 tournament. We all won a "prize"
Gold - David McLachlan - Ptolomeic - 75pts
Silver - Neil Williamson - Hun - 35pts
Bronze - Jim Hoskin - MI Roman - 27pts
Wooden Spoon - Craig Mabon - Kushan - 13pts
Catering provided by Sheila Williamson Catering Enterprises
We played 240 pts on 6x4 table

Vincent Cholewa Many thanks for sharing. How did you find playing DBMM 200?
Neil Williamson Really good. We got 3 games in comfortably during the day, without the feeling of exhaustion at the end of it. The games didn't feel any different to me than a 400ap game, and still had all the tension and decisions. It still has the feel of a large battle. The smaller table was also a bonus to play on.
You have to watch your initial deployment so as not to march block yourself, and the flank area is small. Its a tough decision for some armies whether to go for 2 or 3 commands. To me these were the only noticeable differences.
Vincent Cholewa Neil Williamson glad to hear it went so well. I have played a few games of DBMM 200 and always enjoyed them 😊 🎲
