Wellington Warlords Call to Arms; 5-6 Nov 22

Hi,
This email, on behalf of the Wellington Warlords committee, is to inform you that our annual Call to Arms (CTA) wargaming convention will be held at St Pat's Kilbirnie on 5-6 November 2022.
You have been sent this email as you have been a past attendee at CTA.
We were unable to 100% confirm this until now, as the St Pat's hall was undergoing renovations and they had to remove asbestos, delaying its reopening. The hall is being officially reopened by the College in late September. The layout of the hall has changed a bit, which you will see when you are there.
At this stage we can confirm the following competitions:
Warhammer 40k
DBMM 25/28mm
Flames of War 15mm
SAGA 28mm
The following ones we hope to offer, subject to obtaining an umpire (any offers welcome):
Age of Sigmar
Infinity
Star Wars Legion
Anything else anyone is prepared to host
Display games are very welcome - please register your interest with the details.
There will be bring and buy tables, so bring your stuff to sell.
The entry fee is $45 if paid by 24 Oct or $60 thereafter (same as last year). There is an additional $5 discount for Warlords members. It is free for umpires.
This convention won't have any on-site catering this time as the creche who normally provides this can't do it on these dates (for this convention only). The committee has decided that we will provide free tea and coffee, and let convention attendees either bring their own lunch or buy it from the Kilbirnie shops, which are a 5 minute walk away. It will be close to summer so it won't be winter weather to walk down there in and there are plenty of food outlets to choose from.
You can register at any time from now on for competitions or display games on the club website registration page. We will get competition player packs up as soon as the umpires provide them to us. Updates will be posted on the website.
If you pull out for any reason prior to the 5th November the registration will be fully refunded. See the club website for all the normal CTA rules, conditions etc.
