Heavy(Con) Thoughts - My brain is quite fried after 4 games of DBMM! But it's a happy fried rather like one of the big breakfasts or bacon butties that Allan Allen Yaxley and Philip Gates had at Kaos cafe on Saturday and Sunday mornings!
No doubt there will be proper report of the weekend with the return of the KING/winner.
This is just a few photos and a big thank you to the organisers at Pukekohe and also to the travellers from the southern kingdoms.
I
had four very good games and finished in the bottom half of the table, most comfortable there.
Oh and one most excellent moment, thanks to Allan
Allen Yaxley! I sent my Viking Sub General and a big command on a flank march after "delaying the battle". Planned to go carefully through the woods using my "guide". Was he reliable, yes! Did he know that the Norse Irish had set up fortifications in the woods, NO!. From that point a full third of my army made no contribution to the battle....Little Red Viking Hood! (No doubt Al will have some photos of the game, I was a bit traumatised).
