The Easter teams DBMM event is postponed until further notice.
Emails will follow to all entered.
The complications surrounding this virus 🦠 are now too big to ignore for the sake of a hobby.
On top of which we are now getting withdrawals and that alone makes it untenable.
I’m sorry about those who have booked airfares.
Hopefully you all understand.
Looking at Queens birthday weekend in June as substitute.
Registrations paid have been used to purchase trophies and prize packs and will all transfer to the new date.
Please all take care and be careful.
Allen Yaxley. 🥺

Russell Briant Fair enough. I wondered when that decision might be made.

Michael Callan Guys, as an Aussie and unable to attend I truly feel for you. Monthly wargaming meets in Canberra are suspended indefinitely. As my son would say - this is BS
Nick Buckby Feeling bad for you dude, given how much work you have put in, but we have to look after our kaumātua.
Alastair Donald Yep, sensible call. I’m likely to pull out of the Natcon for the same reasons. Too much at risk for a hobby. However, that shouldn’t stop us sledging each other. It’s not like it isn’t a target rich environment!
Vincent Cholewa Thank you, Allen, this is the right decision to make and I am sure everyone understands it. Despite that, with all the work you have done it must be really frustrating to have to postpone the competition indefinitely. Hang in there. You do a huge amount of good for our hobby and we are all immensely grateful. We’ll be back!
John van den Hoeven I'm wondering now if all the club meetings will stop too.Im starting to think if I should stay away from those as well, maybe paranoia 🤔
Neil Williamson Pretty much expected Allen, but it must be very frustrating for you having managed to pull quite a large tournament together.
Thanks for all you efforts
