A couple pics from a game at Alex Beer’s house. Like me, he was a lover of DBX rules, and especially DBMM, the set we played more than any other. He was a welcoming host, sparkling raconteur, and a gentlemanly opponent. Alex died yesterday after a short illness. He will be greatly missed by me and many others in the southern Ontario gaming community.
