15mm Xyston Thracians wanted. I'm about to order a couple of packs of 15mm Xyston Thracians and Greek LBM shield transfers/spears. Wonder if anyone had a few let over? I have other greek Xyston to trade! K

    Pins. You just clip the ends off to the right length. They're cheaper than brass spears and just as effective in 15mm.

      Actually, I use then as lances and javelins in 28mm too...

    Yes, I've used pins before too. Was thinkng about trying to model the spike and weight on the butt end of the spear as well. Hmmmm.....

      Kelly Gay brass rod it is. I used to hammer the end flat with a small hammer, then clip then into a spearpoint. The butt ends though? That's drilling a lot of holes

      Kelly Gay Aeh? Not drilling butt holes man. No matter how Greek it is. Drilling wee holes in the butt ends to attach to the spear.

ValleyCon 2022

Yes, ValleyCon 2022 will be going ahead although a little later than originally planned. We have booked in the Expressions hall again, and locked in events for DBMM, Warhammer 40k, Age of Sigmar, Star Wars Legion, and Flames of War.

Registration details are now live on the Hutt Club website (https://huttclub.wordpress.com/events/valleycon-2022/)

At this stage, COVID permitting, we'll be operating under the guidelines set down by the Hutt City council for using the venue. At the moment that looks like:

- registered attendees only (so no general public)

- masks

- vaccine passport presented on entry

- 100 attendees only (although we may have a plan for increasing this)

Of course if things change then we'll deal with whatever comes!

Keep an eye out for advertising in the usual spots from the TO's to get more information about your preferred event.
