A command will allocate biggest pip, it will does any maneuver if necessary, otherwise use the Ps to penetrate any DG the enemy intend to cover the flanks. B and C can combined in frontal attack once A acheived thinning the enemy line. Bear in mind all Kn can always dismounted.

WotR english vs Italian Condotta (Venetian) - posted by Herbert Wong, 13 October 2022
28mm DBMM WOTR vs Italian Condotta (Venetian) Part I
1) Training objective
The main purpose of this game is I wish to test the combined arms of Kn+Pk+Bd in attacking form, so both armies fully armed with such elements. For WOTR, I try to figure out a more agressive list which can take the initiative to attack. For Venetian, try a list lots Ps to tackle any DG. In the other hand, I was away from playing any DBMM games almost 3 years, a good refresh of rules for myself.
2) Army list:
WOTR 1513AD in France:
A)CinC RKnS, 16 RPkO, 2 RKnF, 2 RLHO, 2 RKnF (Burgundian)
B)Sub RKnO, 2 RKnO (Burg), 8 RBwS
C)Sub RKnO, 7 RBdO, 1 RBdI, 6 RBwS
D) 6 IBgeI
76 ME in total
A command certainly allocated biggest pip, assisted by either B or C commands depends on siutation to carry out the attack, Kn will Dismounted depends on case. RBwS or RBdO/I needs to cover any DG or flanks.
Venetian after 1500AD:
A) CinC RKnS, 14 RPsO, 7 RPsS, 4 RAxO, 4 RKnO, 4 RLHI
B) Sub RKnS, 3 RKnO, 16 RPkO, 4 RPsS
C) Sub RKnS, 3 RKnO, 4 IHdO, 2 RLHI
D) 6 RBgeI
94.5 ME in total
WOTR vs Venetian Part II
2) Battlefield:
photos taken from Venetian side, the dominate SH located in middle of WOTR deplyment zone. others all DGs.
3) battle planning:
WOTR
"Take the high ground!", Command B was tasked to take and hold the SH, A and C command will attack from the right wing.
Venetian
A will goes from right hand side, go through the marsh with Ps and draw out the attention of enemy. Then B and C will attack the SH and GG between SH and M with Pk, both commands will dismounted parts of their Kn, a typical Kn+Pk+Bd attack.
WOTR vs Venetian Part III
4) battle course
I don't want to describe in details but simple point out some highlights:
1) both side worked according to their plan
2) as WOTR B command held the SH was lowest pip, Venetian B and C commands used Kn charged uphill (yes RH) vs BdS, and BdS charge uphill vs BwS before the English could changed form.
3) both pike blocks clashed and caused casualty
4) WOTR single bow line held in the marsh repulsed and killing lots of Venetian Ps.
5) in Venetian bound 6/7 they broke the English B command and started the flank attack against English Landsknecth, English decided called for battlefield armistice, Venetian carried the day.
5) Battle review:
1) Lucks with Venetian in frankly, they broke those English holding the RH with KnO and BdS, however they use 2 commands' pip against WOTR dump pip.
2) WOTR bow line dominated the Marsh and proved BwS can hold DG even better then PsS
3) both sides use BdS and PkO to attack enemy Pk block, Pk diced first try to creat overlap for BdS to make Quick kill........it works but very slow.
4) The list of WOTR can be used but need refining
5) Venetian list looks more balance and reliable, at leasy with high ME.
End
Look great
