Sue Laflin-Barker looking worried as she takes her first ever selfie! Thank you so much for emailing it, Sue, and for your greetings to our wargaming community. It is great to know she and Phil are both healthy and doing as well as can be expected during the lockdown in Birmingham.

Thank you to Sue and Phil for your decades of work, publishing rules and books, and supporting our hobby in so many other ways. You have made a huge contribution to wargaming, and your work continues to provide pleasure, challenge and inspiration.

         their WW2 rules introduced the concept of the “element”, and had the advantage of being developed by people who actually fought in WW2 (not Phil though). It was the first set of rules I played, back in high school in the 70’s.
