Ghaznavids vs Sicilians - posted by Ben Vartok, 16 March 2024

A TGIF game played yesterday of course. Benny bought Sicilians to the knife fight and carved up my Ghaznavids in a 240 point game. Some nice move and countermove on the left but I failed to get the Elephants engaged with any of the opposing forces. Bennys inferior knights bravely ran away and his ordinary knights proved better at fighting than my Ghulams (who were a bit shaken after being caught shoplifting again). A few swing moments and I did think I had a good opportunity to get an advantage with one of Benny's pip rolls......
